Pursuant to our Corporate Governance Code of Ethics Regulation, which was constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Corporate Governance Principles of Banks published by BRSA and put into effect after being approved by our Bank's Board of Directors, we have adopted the values of Equality, Transparency, Responsibility and Accountability in terms of the Bank's Administrative Practices on Procedures and Principles concerning the matters of public disclosure and transparency. We take it as a principle to pursue our operations within the framework of the Principles of Banking Ethics of the Banks Association of Türkiye.
NurolBank Corporate Governance Principles are based on the principles stipulated in the "Regulation on Corporate Governance Principles of Banks" published by the BRSA in the Official Gazette Issue No. 26333 and dated 01.11.2006, and accepts the practices within this framework as a dynamic structure that can be constantly renewed.
